"Unfolding Diversity - Together for Strong Schools" diversity-sensitive school development

For the project "Unfold diversity" of the German Children and Youth Foundation, we were looking for facilitators who would support us in accompanying three school development networks in Schleswig-Holstein. With Teresa Inclán Garcia we found one... and actually a little bit more. Teresa is methodically competent, professionally versed, authentic and absolutely reliable: From a tailor-made preparation to the smooth implementation of our formats, everything really worked perfectly. She was also able to lead the network safely through meaningful subject areas and kept to even the tightest schedule. Teresa managed to keep the balance between acting on her own initiative and the framework conditions to be fulfilled and representing the foundation perfectly on site.
